if you're reading this, it's pretty safe to say that you're new. so, here's a guide to help you get off of that 'new member' status!
Hello, new member! I've constructed a list of steps to get you on track! Follow these, and you'll be good to go!
1. Check out the Rules
If you haven't already, please go take a look at our rules. We'd appreciate if you'd follow them, and make our site a better place!
2. Setting up your Profile
So, the first thing you want to do is set up your profile; and I'll teach you how to do just that! Here's how to get to your profile:
Once you do that, you'll be taken to your Avatar selection page. Go ahead and link/upload an avatar.
After you've done that, click the spoiler below.
After you've done that, move on to "SOCIAL." This doesn't even require pictures, because all you have to do there is enter links to things such as your YouTube Account, Skype, etc., and it's completely optional.
When you're done there, or if you skipped it, you're done. You've set up your profile!
3. Introducing yourself
After you've set up your profile, I would suggest introducing yourself. Something short and sweet, or long and descriptive about yourself stimulates others to RP with you -- and who doesn't want people to ask to RP with them?
After you've posted your introduction, you're finished with this step!
4. Making a Character
Here's the fun part. Now you should make your character! We ask that you follow the application, because it makes checking apps very easy. If you have trouble setting up your application, please PM a staff member about it.

5. Character Profiles
After your character is accepted, make a new account for that character. Since the site is "One Account Per Character," every character you make must have an individual account. Set it up just like you did your OOC account, but this time your display name must be your character's full name, and the Large Avatar as well as Gif/Image must be of your character. We also suggest making your regular avatar the same as your OOC account's.
